Basically if you install Build 5384.4, will you be able to do an in-place upgrade to the next RC and then finally to the RTM, or is it a full install for each build until the actual final RTM?

Its possible that build to build upgrades of the beta will be supported in the software, but the scenario is not supported or recommended since unknown problems can take place that will make it complex to diagnose issues.
